We pack each cookie individually, properly sealed, and securely packaged for safe shipping. Once the package is handed over to the shipping company, it is out of our hands and control, and we are not responsible for the condition in which it arrives or for any delays that may occur. Any shipment returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur an additional shipping charge, determined at the time of reshipment.
